Ask someone to take a photo of you. If this is not possible, take a photo yourself, installing the camera on a tripod or in front of a mirror. In all cases, be sure to follow these rules:
- take photos in good natural or artificial light
- preferably on a light background without extraneous objects in the frame
- do not pose, stand straight in a natural pose, do not suck in your stomach
- preferably take photos in underwear/a swimsuit or tight-fitting, but not constricting clothing
- necessarily without shoes or in flat-soled shoes
- you can do without your face
- place the camera strictly opposite the solar plexus, so as not to distort the proportions
- check that the proportions are not distorted: look at the finished photo — the floor line should be located strictly horizontally, and the vertical lines (walls, cabinets, doors, etc.) — strictly perpendicular to the floor
- do not process the photo
The better the quality of the photos, the more accurately we can determine your body shape.
